Delivery and return

Your orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days following the day of your order, Monday to Friday, except public holidays and exceptional closures. Your orders are shipped with the carrier Colissimo and Shop2Shop by Chronopost.

For deliveries to France, it takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery times. For Europe, delivery times are longer. It takes between 5 to 10 working days for delivery time.

We deliver to mainland France and member countries of the European Union.

Metropolitan France 🇫🇷

We offer two delivery methods: home delivery with Colissimo and delivery to a relay point with Shop2Shop by Chronopost.

Home delivery with Colissimo

We deliver your order to your home with the carrier Colissimo. A fee of €5.90 will apply to each order.

Delivery to relay point with Shop2Shop by Chronopost

We deliver to a relay point with Shop2Shop by Chronopost free of charge in mainland France for all orders over €59. For orders below €59, a delivery charge of €3.90 will be added to your order.

For the shipment of our products to relay points, we work with Shop2Shop by Chronopost . You can have it delivered to more than 16,000 relay points throughout France. Here is a list of relay points .

When you place an order, the choice of relay point is made only after payment for the order.

European Union 🇪🇺

We deliver to your home in all member countries of the European Union all your orders placed on the My Sweety Shop website. A shipping charge of €15 will apply to each order.

Delivery tracking

You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking number provided by the carrier. You will find this number in the shipping confirmation email for your order from the carrier.

Collection in store

We also offer order collection from our store in Léon in the Landes .

If you are planning to visit us or are passing through Léon, opt for in-store collection. Your order will be available within 24 hours following validation of your payment. You will be informed by email when your order is available in store.

Return of products

Have you received your items but the size or model does not suit you? You have a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product and request a refund.

Return costs are FREE and are the responsibility of My Sweety Shop.

Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, with their original label and in their original packaging perfectly intact (see T&Cs for more information).

Return procedure

We refund any products that do not suit you.

To make a return, send the product you wish to return to us using the return slip found in the package of your order.

The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original and new condition.

The shipping costs to return the product to us are our responsibility.

The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest, following receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used during payment.
