and, on the other hand, any adult wishing to make a purchase through the My Sweety Shop e-commerce site https://www.mysweetyshop40.com/ , exclusive property of Rey Virginie.

These general conditions of sale aim to define the rights and obligations of My Sweety Shop and the Customer of products presented by Rey Virginie on its site https://www.mysweetyshop40.com/ ( hereinafter “the Site”). They apply exclusively between the individual entrepreneur Rey Virginie 107 GRAND RUE
40550 in LEON , Siret N° 83176384200034 RCS DAX - NAF code: 4778C (hereinafter “Rey Virginie”) and any individual consumer visiting or making a purchase via said Site (hereinafter “the Customer”).

On the Site, My Sweety Shop of the individual entrepreneur Rey Virginie allows the Customer to order products from different brands online (hereinafter “the Product(s)”) according to these general conditions.

Any order placed with My Sweety Shop therefore entails unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these conditions. These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by My Sweety Shop, the applicable conditions being those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.

2.1. The Products offered for sale are presented on the My Sweety Shop website and accompanied by a description.

2.2. The Products offered by My Sweety Shop comply with the standards applicable in France.

Elements such as photographs, texts, graphics as well as all information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the Products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges.

Consequently, My Sweety Shop cannot incur any liability in the event of an error or omission of any of these elements or in the event of modification of said elements by suppliers and/or publishers.

Articles visible on the site https://www.mysweetyshop40.com/ are only available while stocks last. If the product is not available, My Sweety Shop undertakes to inform the Customer as quickly as possible by email or telephone. The Customer will then have the option of choosing another item or canceling their order and being refunded.

Any complaint from the customer regarding the order or delivery of an unavailable item will be considered unfounded.


3.1. The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the Site.

3.2. The Client undertakes to communicate to My Sweety Shop the actual elements of information necessary to carry out the service subject to these conditions as requested online and depending on their situation, in particular their last name, first name, postal address, telephone number and valid e-mail.

The Customer is responsible for the consequences resulting from false or inaccurate information transmitted or the resumption of which would be unlawful.

3.3. Once the order is placed, My Sweety Shop send the Customer an e-mail confirming this. He informs him of the dispatch of the Products and the delivery time.


4.1. The Customer who wishes to place an order on the site https://www.mysweetyshop40.com/ must follow the following procedure:

  1. The customer selects the product he wishes to order
  2. The customer checks the contents of his basket
  3. The customer must identify himself if he already has a customer account or create one by indicating the requested information (last name, first name, email and password)
  4. The customer checks the contents of his order, the total price, indicates a delivery and billing address. He then chooses a delivery method, a payment method and must accept these General Terms and Conditions by checking the corresponding box.
  5. The customer will then receive an email summarizing their order. We advise you to keep this document carefully, which is the official proof of your order.

4.2. The order is then recorded and processed by My Sweety Shop. Any order will only be validated after payment has been accepted.

4.3. My Sweety Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer regarding a previous order.

4.4. My Sweety Shop undertakes to honor orders received on its website only within the limits of available stocks . It informs the Customer of the availability of the Products sold on the Site at the time of confirmation of the order.

If, despite the vigilance of My Sweety Shop , the products are unavailable, My Sweety Shop will inform the Customer by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel his order and be reimbursed, if applicable, the amounts already paid.

Permanent or temporary unavailability cannot under any circumstances incur the liability of My Sweety Shop , nor can it give rise to any right to compensation or damages in favor of the Customer.


5.1. The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, all French taxes included (French VAT and other taxes possibly applicable on the day of the order ). VAT is applied at the rate in force in mainland France at the time of the order. Any rate change would be applied immediately to the current order.

5.2. Product prices exclude shipping costs, participation in order processing costs and packaging costs.

Shipping costs, participation in order processing costs and packaging costs (example: gift wrap) will be brought to the attention of the buyer in their basket, before final validation of the order.

My Sweety Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice and in particular in the event of a change in tax or economic data. Items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.


Full payment must be made when ordering. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits. The Customer pays for his order by credit card (via Shopify Payment) or by Paypal. The Customer can also pay for their order in 4 installments with Paypal.

For all transactions carried out by bank card, the Customer will indicate the number appearing on the front of their card, the expiration date of their card and the cryptogram appearing on the back of their card (last three digits).

The communication by the Customer of his bank card number constitutes authorization for My Sweety Shop to debit their account up to the amount of their order.

My Sweety Shop retains ownership of the item until full payment of the price by the Customer. Purchases are made securely. Payment solutions adopted My Sweety Shop are 100% secure. For payments by bank card (credit card, visa credit card and e-credit card), all the information that Customers communicate to My Sweety Shop are strictly protected and guarantee the compliance and security of each transaction.


7.1. My Sweety Shop delivers its products to mainland France and member countries of the European Union.

The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

My Sweety Shop undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of their order and its delivery.

In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and My Sweety Shop , by all means, all reservations within 24 hours of receipt of the product. No complaint can be made beyond 24 hours and without proof of written reservations given to the carrier.

The deadlines announced on the site are purely indicative and depend on the destination and the carrier. My Sweety Shop cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay not due to its fault.

For international deliveries, taxes and customs fees may be requested when the package is cleared through customs. They will be paid by the customer directly.


Right to retract

8.1.In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal. Within 14 days following the day of receipt of the ordered product, the Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons. The customer will thus be able to request a refund of the item(s) purchased.

Beyond the 14 day period, My Sweety Shop will be free to refuse credit or reimbursement for items purchased.

Process to follow

    1. The Customer returns the product that he no longer wants using a prepaid shipping label present in the package of his order.
    2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new condition, accompanied if possible by the delivery note received in the order. In case of a missing item, My Sweety Shop reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or reduce the amount thereof.


The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest, following receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used or to the Paypal account used during payment.


Products sold on the site https://www.mysweetyshop40.com/ benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. These guarantees cover hidden defects and apparent defects from the date of delivery. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, My Sweety Shop may offer the Customer free replacement of the product or the repair of products found to be defective without any other service or compensation.

Brand responsibility My Sweety Shop cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. My Sweety Shop cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract due to the occurrence of a force majeure event or fortuitous situation. Regarding the products purchased, My Sweety Shop will not incur any liability for any indirect damage as a result of this, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or costs which may arise.

Moreover, My Sweety Shop cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to the execution of these General Terms and Conditions which has not found an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the defendant's domicile.
